Look for a plant that has hollow, tube-like leaves with a hood, that are reddish-pink with pale spots. The top of the hood does not have spots.

It has a reddish-pink hood, and tube-like leaves with pale spots and reddish veins. The leaves turns green towards the base, so it is a bit of a meat-eating Preppy!

It is about 3.5 to 12 inches tall, and it grows in clusters near the ground.

It has a beautiful, complex, and delicate yellow flower that gently nods to face the ground. Blooms can be seen in the Summer and Fall.
